Q. Are all Flat Fee MLS Companies basically the same?
A. This is a myth usually started by an inferior company trying to sell the idea in hopes to justify their service and discredit the competition. Usually, they have an extremely low price to attract shoppers and over state the obvious to make it look like they have a lot of services. Another tactic is to omit what is included in their package leaving shoppers to guess or assume what is included. Probably, the worst tactic, is to sell a Flat Fee MLS package to non-suspecting customers for an area they do not cover. Unfortunately, this is a common method as we regularly receive e-mails asking if we can handle their customers for them.

 

Q. Is Listing my home on the Realtors® MLS the best way to sell my home?
A. Yes, the Realtors® MLS is a large database of homes for sale that is available to Licensed Real Estate Brokers. Brokers are able to List homes for sale, or they can search for properties that match their Buyers needs. In addition, the Realtors® MLS automatically sends your home information to the popular real estate websites creating national  exposure!  

 

Q. Is this the same MLS (Multiple Listing Service) that All Realtors® use?
A. Yes, it is the exact same MLS that All Realtors® use in the area. Your home will be Listed on the same MLS as any of your neighbors selling their homes.  

 

Q: What are the 3 Easy Steps to Listing your home on the Realtors® MLS?  

1. After reviewing the details of our Flat Fee MLS Package, click the "Buy Now" button located in the center of our webpage. It is the Orange Button next to the credit card logo's. This will take you to our credit card processing company. When you are ready, fill in your information. A receipt will be emailed to you within a couple of minutes.

2. We will then email, fax, or mail the MLS Listing forms to you.

3. Once we receive your filled in forms, it will take us about 2 hours to create your Listing and make it active on the Realtors® Multiple Listing Service. We will email, fax, or mail a copy of your Realtors® MLS Listing to you for review.       

 

Q. Will a Licensed Real Estate Broker List my home on the Realtors® MLS?
A. Yes!  We only work with Licensed and Experienced Real Estate Brokers that are established in the Real Estate Industry! They own their company, and their License is just as powerful as any.  Instead of charging a Listing commission, they are paid a flat fee. They will also be your contact person. 

 

Q. Can I cancel my Realtors® Listing at anytime?
A. Yes, you may cancel at any time. There are NO penalties or cancellation fees

Q. How long will it take for your Listing to appear on the Realtors® MLS?
A. Once the Broker receives your paperwork, they will create your Realtors® MLS Listing within an hour or less.  Note: In some cases, the Broker may be out of the office and it will take them a little longer.

 

Q. Will I receive a copy of my MLS Listing?
A. Yes, we will email, fax, or mail a copy to you.  

 

Q. What telephone number will be on my Realtors® MLS Listing?
A. Your telephone number will be on your Realtors® MLS Listing! This allows the Brokers, Agents, and potential Buyers to call you directly.  

 

Q. Who will potential Buyers call for a Showing?
A. Your telephone number will be on your Realtors® MLS Listing. This allows the Brokers, Agents, and potential Buyers to call you directly.  

 

Q. How do I post my photos on the Realtors® MLS Listing?
A. Once you have the photos, you can email, or mail them to our Broker.

 

Q. Do you specify what is included in your Flat Fee MLS + Realtor.com package?
A. Yes, we list ALL of the items that are included under the title of our Flat Fee MLS + Realtor.com package. We believe this is the best way to do business!

 

Q. Can I make changes to my Realtors® MLS Listing?
A. Yes, and they are FREE. We know from time to time, changes will be required and this is why we included them in our Flat Fee MLS + Realtor.com package. You can make changes at anytime without a charge. 

 

Q. Will my Realtors® MLS Listing look the same?
A. Yes, absolutely, your Realtors® MLS Listing will look the same as the one created by a traditional real estate agent because we are all using the same Realtors® MLS.

 

Q. How long will it take for my Listing to appear on the real estate websites?
A. Once your Realtors® MLS Listing is created, the data is automatically uploaded to Realtor.com and the other popular real estate websites. Continuous updates are made to Realtor.com and the other popular real estate websites.

 

Q. Can I go to Realtor.com to view my Listing?
A. Yes, Realtor.com is available to the public and it is accessed on the internet. Realtor.com allows home sellers and potentail buyers to can view properties for sale in the area. A Realtors® MLS Listing is required to have your home on Realtor.com.

 

Q. Can I Print and Email Brochures to potential Buyers?
A. Yes, Realtor.com offers the ability to print or email a brochure to potential buyers. It is a Free Service and can be used whenever you wish! A Realtors® MLS Listing is required to have your home on Realtor.com.
